Monday: chocolate chip pancakes and bacon
Tuesday: cube steak and stuffed peppers
Wednesday: chicken and dumplings
Thursday: stroganoff hamburger helper, rice, lima beans
Friday: Salmon, wild rice, roasted cauliflower
Saturday: birthday party!
Sunday: pork chops in mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes, turnips
we had a couple of meals left over from last week, but for the most part we stuck to plan! I probably have another two weeks of working on the cabinets/freezer & then we'll be ready for restocking. :)
